What happens to the photos I upload?
Your photos are used only to generate your renders. They are not sold, and they are not used to train third-party AI models. You can delete any project, and the source photo with it, from your account at any time.
How realistic are the renders, really?
Renders are AI-generated visualizations meant to help you decide on a direction before you commit money to a contractor or purchase. They are not a substitute for a licensed quote. Materials, colors, and layouts are a close approximation of the finished result, not an exact structural guarantee.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. If you need more renders in a given month, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change applies immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in contract on any plan. Cancel from your account settings and you will keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Is there a refund policy?
If something goes wrong with your billing or a charge looks incorrect, contact support@airenovation.io within 14 days of the charge and we will sort it out.
What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter covers most single-room projects at 50 renders a month. Pro adds 250 renders a month, unlocks every tool in the toolkit (including exterior styles), and gets priority support and early access to new models. It is built for people renovating a whole home or running multiple projects at once.
